Real Magic Inc. Pay Periods

  • The standard pay period is semi-monthly for employees.
  • Pay dates are the 15th and the last day of the month. If a pay period falls on a holiday, you will be paid on the workday before. If a pay date falls on a Saturday or Saturday, paychecks will be issued on Friday.
  • The pay cycle for hourly employees is in arrears. Hourly employees are paid from Monday — Friday (for example, 6/6—6/17 is paid on 6/30, where as 6/20—7/8 is paid on 7/15.

W2

Real Magic will issue W-2 forms in January for the previous year. You have the option to receive your W-2 form electronically or via U.S. postal mail. We recommend downloading your W-2 from Paylocity once it is available. If you are unable to download your W-2 from Paylocity, please reach out to HR@levitateapp.com.
